West Africa 45% Dark Hot Chocolate

Our original café blend, and still the one we're best known for. A rich 45% dark hot chocolate made with premium West African cocoa — first created for cafés, now made for your kitchen.

Smooth and full-bodied with a deep chocolate flavour complemented by delicate notes of mountain maple and vanilla. Just add hot milk and stir for a proper café-style cup at home.

Vegan · Dairy-free · Gluten-free · Australian-made. Available as a 40g, a 200g pouch (around 10 cups) or a 1kg stock-up pouch.

For one cup

1. Add 20g of West Africa 45% Dark to a small saucepan or jug.
2. Add a small amount of hot milk and stir until smooth.
3. Gradually add the remaining milk—approximately 180ml in total.
4. Heat until steaming, pour and enjoy. 

For a vegan version use coconut, oat, almond or your preferred milk. Also delicious in cold drinks, desserts, mochas, on ice cream, etc.

International delivery: The cost of shipping is calculated by Australia Post at the checkout and depends on destination.

No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Our delivery partner will send you an email with an estimated delivery time frame once you place your order.

Standard delivery

Dispatch of your online order from our Sydney warehouse will generally take between 1 – 3 business days from the time of your order being placed.
 

Express delivery:

Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from our Sydney warehouse.

Please note that dispatch timeframes do not include public holidays or weekends.

Hot weather:

To keep your chocolate from being in transit over the weekend, we do not ship on Fridays (with the exception of same day delivery), Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 

During periods of extreme heat, we will hold off on sending your order out and will notify you by email when it will be dispatched.

Nomad Chocolate cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address. Nomad Chocolate avoids delivering to PO Boxes as these boxes may have conditions not ideal for our chocolate. Please ensure to provide a street address whilst placing your order.
