What delivery service does Nomad Chocolate use:
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We use Australia Post for our online deliveries.
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
Dispatch for your online order can generally take between 1-3 business days for standard shipping and next business day for express shipping from the time of your order being placed. Please note this can change during peak periods.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:
Domestic shipping timeframes:
Standard: 3 – 5 business days
Express: 1 – 3 business days
International shipping timeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

Shipping Policy:
Please note that Nomad Chocolate is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.
Please note that all shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch. Dispatch can take up to 2 – 3 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include peak periods.
The cost of shipping
Delivery within Australia:
Enjoy free standard delivery for all online purchases $60 and above within Australia. For orders less than $60, please see below:
Standard shipping (3 – 5 business days) The cost of shipping is calculated by Australia Post at the checkout and will depend on the destination.
Express shipping (1 – 3 business days) The cost of shipping is calculated by Australia Post at the checkout and will depend on the destination.
International delivery: The cost of shipping is calculated by Australia Post at the checkout and will depend on the destination.
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia).

Does Nomad Chocolate ship to PO Boxes?
Nomad Chocolate does not ship to PO BOXES. Please ensure to provide a street address whilst placing your order.
Hot weather:
To keep your chocolate from being in transit over the weekend, we do not ship on Fridays (with the exception of express delivery), Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of extreme heat, we will hold off on sending your order out and will notify you by email when it will be dispatched.
Nomad Chocolate cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address.
