RUBY BLISS HOT CHOCOLATE (CAFE STYLE)
Try this vibrant drinking chocolate blended with spices and beetroot for a fragrant and luxurious taste sensation. Follow this recipe and create a ruby elixir for when you are craving something special. This drinking chocolate is perfect with regular or alternative milk such as almond, soy or macadamia.
You will need:
- One scoop of Nomad's Ruby Bliss Hot Chocolate
- 200 ml cold milk of your choice
- Garnish: edible flowers, cinnamon or grated chocolate
- Milk jug
- Scoop
- Whisk or spoon
- Thermometer - Mug / heat proof glass
Method:
- Pour 200ml cold milk to just below spout
- Add 1 full scoop of Nomad's Ruby Bliss Hot Chocolate
- Whisk thoroughly until mixture is combined
- Purge the steam wand
- Steam milk to 65 degrees C using a thermometer
- Avoid stretching milk
- Purge and clean steam wand
- Preheat the mug / heat proof glass
- Pour chocolate into preheated cup / glass
- Garnish with edible flowers, cinnamon or grated chocolate
