ICED MINT CHOCOLATE SUPREME
This refreshing and indulgent iced drink perfectly showcases the rich, minty flavour of Nomad Peppermint Drinking Chocolate, making it an ideal treat for warm days or as a creative alternative to traditional hot chocolate!
YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 tablespoons (45g) Nomad Peppermint Drinking Chocolate
- 150ml hot water (to dissolve the chocolate)
- 200ml cold milk (or a dairy-free alternative like almond or oat milk)
- Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons mint syrup (or adjust to taste)
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Crushed peppermint candy (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh mint sprig (optional, for garnish)
METHOD
- In a small bowl or mug, dissolve the Nomad Peppermint Drinking Chocolate in the hot water or milk. Stir until smooth and fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, or place it in the fridge for a few minutes to speed up the process.
- Assemble the Iced Chocolate: fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled drinking chocolate over the ice. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add the cold milk and mint syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish (optional):
- Top with whipped cream for extra indulgence: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the whipped cream or garnish with a fresh mint sprig for a festive touch.
