Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

This is the cup you reach for when you want something properly comforting. With 30% cacao, it has a full chocolate flavour, mellow caramel sweetness and just enough salt to keep every sip beautifully balanced. Stir it into warm milk for a silky, satisfying hot chocolate with a lingering caramel finish that feels far more special than an everyday sachet. Simply add warm milk, stir until smooth and enjoy. WEIGHT: 200g / 7.05oz NET and 40g.

For one cup

1. Add 20g of Nomad Chocolate to a small saucepan or jug.
2. Add a small amount of hot milk and stir until smooth.
3. Gradually add the remaining milk, approximately 180ml in total.
4. Heat until steaming, pour and enjoy. 

For a vegan version use coconut, oat, almond or your preferred milk. Also delicious in cold drinks, desserts, mochas, on ice cream etc.
