CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE


Smooth, creamy, cold, and with a dark-chocolate twist, this is a super simple recipe for an all-time classic: the chocolate peanut butter shake. Instead of using a store bought syrup, this recipe recommends melting down Nomad's Ecuador Esmeraldas 72% Dark Chocolate to create a homemade yet gourmet-style syrup. 


YOU WILL NEED:
  • 30g Nomad's Ecuador Esmeraldas 72% Dark Chocolate
  • 30ml of hot water
  • 1 tbsp of organic peanut butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 Ice cubes (optional)
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt (optional)

METHOD: 

  1. Combine Nomad's Ecuador Esmeraldas 72% Dark Chocolate and hot water until you get a smooth syrup
  2. Add milk, chocolate syrup, organic peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, a pinch of salt and ice cubes into the blender
  3. Blend until all ingredients are combined
  4. When serving, top up with crushed peanuts
  5. Enjoy!
